The PositionMaintenance Manager (M/F)
Our clientOur client is a major industrial player in Luxembourg and abroad, worldwide leader in its field.
Your roleA highly qualified Maintenance Manager to help maintain global production facilities and improve the business. The individual will be responsible for leading maintenance team and systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.

Position is reporting to Head of Production/Plant Manager

Manage a large Maintenance Team (>60p): Schedule, train, supervise and motivate employees for the maintenance department,
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation,
Plan and oversee all operational maintenance activities,
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues,
Check electrical and mechanical systems to ensure functionality and efficiency,
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff,
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary,
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance,
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers,
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities,
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with all regulations.
Your Technical Skills Masters Degree in Engineering or related field required, electrical or mechanical related matters,
10+ years experience and a minimum of 5 years in a maintenance management role,
Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, electrical and mechanical systems,
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics,
Your Personal Skills Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, French and English fluent is mandatory, German is a real plus,
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively,
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
