Our clients is an industrial group operating in south of Luxembourg.
Reporting to the CFO, he/she will be in charge of following topics:
Role:
Control the accuracy of the company’s financial statements and accounting records,
Ensure compliance according to the local statutory requirements,
Hand over deliverables within deadlines,
Management, control and support of the accounting team,
Supervising and controlling the general accounting & reporting area (including tax and treasury, cost center/profit center accounting and preparation of financial statements),
Monitoring of budgets and preparing periodic closing & reporting of various entities of the company,
Supervising VAT, payroll and tax returns,
Following-up the investment projects,
Coordinate the process of internal and external audits.
Profile:
University degree in accounting or equivalent with a global financial officer experience of 10 years.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting team management, ideally within industrial company (production environment).
Proficient in working with Lux GAAP (IFRS is a plus), and have good knowledge of SAP FI/CO or other ERP (Varial) and Excel.
French and English are mandatory, German is a real plus
