Your role :
Working closely with the Board members, as well as the Legal Officer, the future Management Assistant will be entrusted with the following tasks and missions, and this in a non-exhaustive manner:
Writing of internal communication supports (report, report, note ...)
Drafting notices of meetings and minutes of meetings,
Optimization of the management of the activity of the Board members (planning,trips, communication, meetings, reception, ...),
Organization and coordination of internal and external information, sometimes confidential, related to the functioning of the company,
Complete monitoring of administrative files or events specific to the activity of Board members.
Your profile :
Technical skills :
Ideally, Trilingual Management Assistant degree,
Several years of experience in a similar role, alongside executive members of company (ies).
Perfect command of French, German and English, both oral and written, the practice of Luxembourgish is an asset.
Strong organizational skills,
Administrative and logistics management skills,
Flawless editorial in the three languages,
Perfect mastery of office tools,
Mastery of filing and archiving methods,
Use of collaborative tools (shared planning, web conference, corporate social network)
