Role

Responsible of helping to maintain global production facilities, improve the business and supporting maintenance team, contributing to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing long-term strategic plans.

• Analyze reliability issues, propose action plans and ensure implementation,

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation,

• Support all operational maintenance activities,

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues,

• Check systems to ensure functionality and efficiency,

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary,

• Anticipates investments for the replacement of obsolete equipment

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers,

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities,

• Ensure health and safety policies are compliant with all regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering degree with a first relevant experience in the industrial sector,

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills, French and English fluent is mandatory,

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively,

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
