The Head of Commercial Operations will be part of the management team by being responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships for the company business.
This role focuses on expanding & consolidating the company’s client base.

Role:
Â
Market Strategy & Business Development
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within company current customer portfolio,
Drive new business acquisition through actively identifying, targeting, and securing new key clients across the European business market,
Define then execute the commercial strategy of the company’s business,
Analyze market trends for the existing and the potential company’s new business,
Develop tailored service offerings,
Travel internationally (mainly within Europe) to drive the company’s business,
Represent the company at key industry events to strengthen its visibility.

Sales & Client Management
Lead negotiations for Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs),
Structure flexible pricing models,
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to align service proposals for the clients.
Â
Service Contract Optimization
Design and standardize contract templates,
Oversee contract renewals and upsell additional services.
Financial & Risk Management
Work with the Finance department to price services competitively while ensuring profitability.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead the commercial team by fostering positive team dynamics, encourage collaboration and maintain focus on common goals,
Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and overall team performance,
Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure contract deliverables are feasible,
Provide recurrent commercial reports to the CEO (commercial team KPIs, pipeline, wins/losses, revenue forecasts) and oversee sales activities, pricing, and contract negotiations for the portfolio.

Experience
Have a track record for a minimum of 3 years in strategic job functions and 5+ years as a commercial.
Skills
Strong business acumen and people management skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes,
Ability to think strategically, adapt to dynamic situations, handle crisis management and conflict resolution effectively,
A self-starter who identifies market opportunities but also takes initiative to develop and capitalize on them,
Skilled in managing diverse customer segments across various markets,
Adept at discovering and exploring new business opportunities to drive growth,
Proficiency in using CRM tools,
Fluency in English and French, German would be an asset,
Personal Traits: Hands on problem solver, client-centric, data-driven.
