Our client, a company specializing in office fit-out solutions, is looking for its future B2B Business Development Manager to support the growth of its activities in Luxembourg.


Your role

As Business Development Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to your clients, supporting them from the identification of their needs through to the successful delivery of their projects.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients by identifying new business opportunities within the Luxembourg market.

  • Understanding companies' challenges and requirements in order to propose tailored, high value-added workspace solutions.

  • Managing projects in close collaboration with internal specialist teams, ensuring the coordination of all project phases through to completion.

  • Preparing commercial proposals, responding to tenders, and leading negotiations with clients.

  • Building and expanding a network of specifiers, partners, and key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.

  • Maintaining regular client follow-up and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

  • Representing the company at professional events and contributing to the development of its market visibility.


Your profile

  • Higher education degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 2 to 3 years of successful experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within office fit-out, workplace solutions, office furniture, construction, or a comparable industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Interest in project management and the ability to coordinate multiple parties towards a common objective.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg business environment would be considered an asset.

  • Excellent command of both French and English.
