Our client, a leading international industrial company, is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize local end-to-end supply chain operations at its site located south of Luxembourg.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role with high visibility, managing key activities including planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and distribution while driving continuous improvement projects across the organization.
Your Mission
As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the full supply chain performance to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the European Supply Chain Director, you will:
Lead and develop multifunctional Supply Chain teams across:
Production Planning & Master Data
Local Procurement
Logistics & Warehousing
Assembly-to-Order operations
Distribution
Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTIF, MAPE, DIO, and logistics costs
Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Sales, and international teams to ensure optimal service levels
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and improve forecast accuracy
Ensure optimal inventory management and stock optimization throughout seasonal cycles
Oversee efficient and cost-effective e-commerce operations
Lead major transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including an ongoing automatic distribution center retrofit project
Support process enhancements and technology upgrades to strengthen operational excellence
Contribute to annual budgeting and cost forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles
Strong background in logistics, warehousing, planning, procurement, and inventory management
Experience within FMCG, B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
Hands-on and field-oriented leadership approach
Fluent in English and French is mandatory
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP / SAP WM / EWM and Microsoft Office tools is ideal
