SEO & GEO Manager

Position based in Luxembourg.


Our client, an international digital e-commerce company positioned in the premium segment and experiencing strong growth, is currently looking for its future SEO & GEO Manager to support the development of its digital visibility.


In a context where the company already generates significant organic traffic and benefits from excellent SEO performance, evolving search behaviors and the rise of artificial intelligence are creating new strategic challenges. The objective is now to strengthen the brand’s presence not only on traditional search engines but also within answers generated by AI-driven environments.


Your role:

Reporting to the Marketing & Acquisition Manager, the future SEO & GEO Manager will be responsible for the company’s organic visibility and strategic positioning across search engines and generative AI environments.


Main responsibilities:

SEO & GEO strategy definition and management

  • Build and implement the overall organic visibility strategy for the website.

  • Maintain and grow traffic generated through search engines.

  • Position the company as a trusted reference source for both traditional search engines and conversational AI agents (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.).

  • Define the semantic strategy and structure content around user search intent.

  • Adapt content so it can be identified and used as relevant answers by AI tools.

Editorial and technical optimization

  • Oversee the production and optimization of content (category pages, product pages, guides, editorial content, etc.).

  • Structure and improve internal linking and the overall editorial consistency of the website.

  • Conduct regular technical and contextual audits to identify areas for improvement.

  • Optimize the site’s technical architecture and performance (Core Web Vitals, tagging, structured data JSON-LD, etc.).

  • Optimize visual content for SEO and visual search (Google Lens, AI tools, image-based search).

Performance analysis and business management

  • Track key performance indicators: SEO traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions, and contribution to revenue.

  • Identify and prioritize high business-impact actions.

  • Translate marketing challenges into technical requirements and coordinate implementation with the internal IT team.

  • Develop and manage the netlinking and domain authority strategy.

  • Maintain active monitoring of SEO and generative AI developments.


Your profile:

  • Higher education in digital marketing, communication, or a related field.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, ideally in e-commerce or high-traffic websites.

  • Strong command of major SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

  • Solid expertise in technical SEO (site architecture, Core Web Vitals, tagging, structured data).

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with SEO audits and performance optimization levers.

  • Excellent writing skills and strong understanding of content strategy and search intent.

  • Interest in the evolution of SEO linked to generative AI and GEO.

  • Autonomous, structured, and curious profile, able to thrive in a constantly evolving digital environment.

  • Excellent command of French and English.
